What if I want to cancel?

You can cancel your account at any time via your account. In fact most changes can be done in this way. If you are having any problems, feel free to contact a member of our Customer Care team

Is 12 months the minimum length of a subscription?

No, it’s set at 12 months as standard, but you can cancel your subscription at any time you like. Even after just one delivery. Although we hope you don’t. If there is anything you are unhappy about do get in touch.

Can I change the coffee I receive?

Yes, you can amend any of your preferences in your account at any time. This includes size, frequency and specific coffees.

How frequently can I get deliveries?

All our deliveries are set at monthly. If you need the frequency to higher, just let us know!

What if I’m away and my coffee is due?

Contact our Customer Care team and we will pause the delivery until a time that suits you

How close to a delivery can I cancel or amend my order?

You can cancel or amend your order up to 7 days before it’s due through our Customer Care team

How do I buy a coffee subscription as a gift?

Sending someone a gift is simple. Just follow this link and sign them up for a unique coffee experience.

Am I able to track my order?

We will email you when they have been despatched however orders go out via Royal mail standard service and are unable to be tracked.

Can I use an alternative delivery address?

We prefer the order go to your home or work address however there are no restrictions on an alternative address.
